Following are some ways that we will strive to build unity within our congregation during this time and help those in need.

Sunday mornings @ 9am: For a time, we will not meet physically at the building.  However, Pastor Dalton will be posting on our website (www.flpv.org) and Family Life Facebook page an audio and video service.  Pastor Dalton will lead us in a few songs, I will share a message, inform you of any  announcements and/or updates, and then we will pray and share testimonies from the past week. I hope you join us at 9am.  You may also want to invite family and friends to view or listen in at this time as well.

Bible Reading Plan: Following the message, there will be a daily reading plan to follow during the week.  The devotion and Scripture verses will coincide with the message you hear at 9am.  You will be able to download this from You Version’s Bible App or stop by the church and pick up a hard copy.  We can also mail one or drop one off at your home.  Tammie will be emailing more details about this soon.

Sunday mornings from 8am – Noon: The church building will be open for anyone to stop by and pick up a hard copy of the Daily Bible Reading Plan.  There will be a table directly inside the door with copies to take and any other information we may have for you.  We would also like to begin collecting supplies/products for those who may have need during this time.  Tammie will be sending out an email of a list of items that you can drop off.  When you stop by, simply drop off items or pick up things you may have need of.

Giving of Tithes and Offerings: As you know, we count on your obedience to the Lord in giving of your tithes and offerings.  If you stop by Sunday morning (or Monday – Thursday between 9am-4pm), there will be an offering box beside the table inside the door to simply drop your envelope in.  We now also have Online and Mobile giving avaliable through Give+. download the Give+ app or follow the link below to get started.  Some of you already mail your checks (108 Ridge Rd, Centre Hall, Pa. 16828) or have automatic giving set up through your bank.  Thank you!  Whichever way you prefer to give, we greatly appreciate your financial gifts, as do the forty-two missionaries we support around the world on a monthly basis.  Thank you for your faithfulness in giving!

Lend a Helping Hand: During this time, may we look for ways to bless and help one another.  There will be many who are without work during the next month or so.  As they did in the early church in the book of Acts, believers and followers of Jesus helped one another…and the church grew!  Again, we will send a list of items you may want to drop off at the church.  We will make those items available as people stop by the church.  You may also give towards this cause by marking, “Hope,” on your giving envelope.  Thank you once again for giving to those in need!

Prayer Requests/Testimonies: During this time, we will have opportunity to not only pray for one another, but also share testimonies of what the Lord is doing in your life.  Please email (churchoffice@flpv.org) or call the church office during the week (Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm), to share those with us.  We will then include those during our Sunday morning broadcast.

May we see the Lord work in mighty ways during this time of opportunity in the world we live in.  People are looking for help and peace during this time.  We have the answer in Jesus!  We are living in “such a time as this” to allow His light to shine to all those around us.

Being His Light Together,

Pastor KR
