He is Risen! Join us as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead! This is a special family service. There will be no Kid’s Life classes on this day.

All are invited to join us at the cross on Good Friday as we remember and reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and the time leading up to His death. We gather around the cross on the hill at noon. Please come dressed for the weather.

Penns Valley Community Church will once again be hosting a free Thanksgiving Dinner to the Penns Valley community on Wednesday, November 27th from 6-8pm at the Old Gregg School.

Family Life has packed 500 shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. We are collecting money to cover the shipping for these boxes. Please consider helping with this effort. Just $10 covers the cost to ship one box. We are more than half way towards our goal.

If you would like to pack your own shoe boxes, please bring it in between now and November 17th in time for collection week!

From now until November 17th, we are collecting food items to put together some food blessing boxes.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. We want to honor and show gratitude to Pastor Sam and Naomi. Cards and small gifts can be handed in at the church office. We will take time during this service to pray over Pastor Sam.

You are encouraged to bring a main dish, side dish or dessert to share after the service on Sunday, October 13th.
